Privacy Policy

Your intake answers are intimate. We treat them that way. This policy is written to be read, not skimmed past.
What we collect
- Waitlist & intake: the email, name and answers you choose to type (goal, motivation, obstacles, imagery and voice preferences). All free-text intake is treated as sensitive personal information.
- Account & billing (at launch): email, subscription status and payment records. Card details are handled by our payment processor (Stripe) and never touch our servers.
- Technical basics: standard server logs (IP, user agent, timestamps) for security and reliability.
What we do with it
- Write and narrate your personalized sessions, that's the product.
- Send you the emails you asked for (founding access, account, billing). Marketing email is opt-in and one-click unsubscribable.
- Operate, secure and improve the service using aggregate, non-identifying measures.
What we never do
- Sell your data. To anyone. Ever.
- Use your intake for advertising or ad targeting.
- Train public AI models on your personal answers.
Processors we use
Generation and narration use vetted AI providers (large-language-model and text-to-speech services) under agreements that prohibit training on your content; hosting is on our own infrastructure; payments are processed by Stripe; email by our transactional provider. A current subprocessor list is available on request.
Your controls
- View, edit or delete any stored detail about you, including individual intake answers, inside the product.
- Delete your account and all personalization at any time; deletion propagates to backups on a scheduled cycle.
- Export your data by request: privacy@manimosis.com.
Age
Manimosis is for adults 18+. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes
If this policy changes materially, we'll email account holders and note the new effective date here.
