Terms of Service

1. The service

Manimosis creates personalized deep hypnotic meditation and guided-visualization audio from information you provide. It is a wellness and self-development tool for adults 18 and over.

2. Not medical care

Manimosis is not medicine, psychotherapy, or a substitute for professional diagnosis or treatment, and makes no medical claims. If you are in crisis or managing a medical or mental-health condition, seek qualified professional help.

3. Safe use

Deep-relaxation audio must only be used somewhere you can safely relax fully. Never listen while driving, operating machinery, or doing anything requiring alertness.

4. No outcome guarantees

Sessions support mental rehearsal, relaxation and self-development. Individual results vary and no specific personal, financial, relationship or professional outcome is promised or implied.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to request content that targets another person's autonomy (e.g., attempts to control a specific person's feelings or behavior), involves minors, promotes harm, or violates law. We may decline to generate such content.

6. Subscriptions & billing

Paid plans are billed in advance ($19.99/month or $119.99/year after any free trial), renew automatically, and can be canceled anytime in-app; access continues through the paid period. Trials convert unless canceled before the trial ends. Refund requests: hello@manimosis.com.

7. Your content

You own your intake answers. You grant us the limited license needed to generate your sessions. Generated session audio is licensed to you for personal use.

8. Availability

We aim for high availability but the service is provided "as is" without warranties; our liability is limited to amounts you paid in the prior 12 months, to the extent permitted by law.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA.
